Congratulations to Aarohi Shah for being selected as the 2018 Atlanta/GT Chapter winner of the AHS Robert Lichten Award!

The Lichten Award aims at encouraging AHS members that have not previously submitted a paper at a technical forum to present their work within this competition. The next step will be the national competition, during which the technical paper will be evaluated. More details about the Lichten Award and the past winners can be found here and on the AHS website.
Aarohi is a PhD student at the Georgia Tech School of Aerospace Engineering, and works with her advisor Dr Julian Rimoli. Her technical presentation was titled “Closed Loop Approach to Structural Health Monitoring for Critical Rotorcraft Components.” More details about her story can be found here.
We wish her best of luck for the technical paper evaluation and in the continuation of her work!
